In order to apply for a vendor booth at the North City Farmers Market, please complete this application form, and submit the non-refundable $20.00 application fee.

- A $20.00 non-refundable application fee is due upon submission of this form.
- Once the required documents are received and processed, you will be contacted via email regarding your start date.

Rules, Procedures and Guidelines

Current booth fees are as follows:
- Food Truck: $75.00
- Standard Vendor Spot with NO vehicle: $25.00
- Vendor Spot WITH vehicle: $35.00
Spots will be reserved at management discretion
Efforts will be made to host vendors, however, a wait list will be made to accommodate those who we do not have sufficient spots for, or if a product is already well represented.
Vendors must comply with all state and local health regulations and ordinances
Vendors are responsible for any taxes on sold products. The market is not responsible for liability due to negligent acts of the vendor, their product or their employees. Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own insurances pertaining to their product type. Vendors agree to hold harmless the City of St. Augustine and North City Farmers Market LLC. Vendors are required to obtain a St. Johns County Tax Receipt. Food Trucks are required to gather proper inspections through the Health Department.
Starting Sunday, April 12, 2026, our hours of operation are 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Hours are subject to change seasonally and vendors will be given at least a two week notice of hour changes. Vendors may arrive by 7:45 am and no later than 8:30 am to be ready to start selling at the opening of the market. Late-comers may be relocated or denied admission at the discretion of the market management.
Vendors must conduct themselves in a way that creates a positive shopping experience for patrons
Vendors are required to stop sales at 12:30 pm. Vehicles must be vacated one hour after closing. Vendors who have not left the premise by 1:30 pm may be charged a late penalty fee. Vendors are responsible for break down of their booth and disposing of any waste. Vendors offering samples must have a bin for waste inside of their booth. Vendors should have adequate change for patrons and are responsible for their own form of accepted payments.
Vendors must stay the duration of the market and are not permitted to close the booth early unless approved by a market manager
Vendors are required to notify market management 48 hours in advance if they are unable to attend the market. Vendors who pay by the month in advance will not receive a refund for the absence unless properly notifying management. Vendors will receive credit if notified within the time frame. If vendors pay by the day, they must pay for the missed day if they did not properly notify management prior to attending the next market.
Participation of vendors on market days with extreme weather is at the discretion of the vendor
If a market is cancelled due to weather, you will be contacted by management immediately.
Vendor booth spaces are assigned by the market manager
Priority will be given to regular vendors who may have the same location weekly.
Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
Each leg of the tent should be weighed down with a minimum of 15 pounds each. Space is 10×10 feet.
Vendors are responsible for their own electricity and/or water if needed
Food trucks must adhere to Health Department guidelines
Payment for booth spaces will be collected each market day and can be paid in cash or check
We will also accept Venmo or Zelle the day of, or up to three days in advance. Payment must be made before setting up the booth. Vendors may pay monthly at the beginning of the month through their chosen payment method. If a vendor who pays monthly is unable to attend a market day, they will receive a credit for a future date if notified before the required 48 hours. Vendor will forfeit their payment if they fail to properly inform market management.
All complaints and concerns from vendors or customers should be reported to the market via email at northcitymarket@gmail.com, and appropriate action will be taken.
Market management reserves the right to dismiss any vendor or remove products being sold that goes against market policy as outlined in this document
Completion of this application does not guarantee a spot, you will be notified of acceptance, denial, or to be put on the wait list.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By completion hereof, the vendor releases and agrees to hold harmless North City Farmers Market LLC and Schooners Seafood House LLC from all claims, demands, action or right of action arising by the market. The vendor agrees to protect, defend and hold harmless the above said entities from and against all claims, demands, expense, and liability arising out of injury to any person or the damage, loss, or destruction of any property which may occur, or any and all costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred by the vendor as a result of any claim, demands or causes of action arising out of operating at the North City Farmers Market.
